> At one point, when they were merging with Cingular, At&t was going to be closing their brick and mortar shops. But still wanted to be able to service customers. So we pitched a campaign that harked back to a time when people were 'free', or loose, so to speak. You know, the late sixties, when commitment ran aground. There were no contracts. The customer was 'free'. We even envisioned driving an old VW around making obscure announcements. Fun, but a bit unorthodox for the them (At&t) to actually roll with it.

 

 

 

 

 

> It was time for the US tobacco companies to start doing their 'penance' for apparently not warning the public about the adverse health issues that come with smoking. Bozell Worldwide (ad agency) got the call. Lorillard got some exposure, we got some fun TV produced.
